Surviving Grief and Loss

Grief and loss can be about any loss that has deep meaning for you; the loss of a relationship (including a friendship); the sense of loss when your youngest child leaves home as they head into adulthood; retirement or the loss of any long valued job; the loss of mobility as we get older and/or health issues emerge and have a debilitating effect. The bottom line is, grief is a significant life changing event that has such deep meaning to you that it comes with a profound sadness and sense of loss; we can never get "it" (whatever it was) back again. An experienced counselling professional can help see you through those difficult life transitions, support your emotional healing and give you direction, as you navigate your way through your pain. Call Rod Chant MSW RSW RCC at 250-202-0891 for support around your own grief and loss.
