Mindfulness

Existential/Spiritual Issues and Mindful Practise.

In this age of uncertainty we can often reach a point in our lives where we experience questions with regards to a greater purpose or plan. We’ve reached a point where we struggle to accept our day to day existence while bearing witness to the injustices and tragedies occurring worldwide. This can bring about strong emotions, be it fear, anger, sadness, or profound sense of emptiness and hopelessness. Mindful practise teaches us to live from moment to moment and by doing so, we live life to the fullest , letting go of the strong emotions and moods that can take from our potential for living a more fulfilling life. As your counsellor it would be my role to help you learn the techniques and tools that can guide you towards a more content, focused, self nurturing way of living and help you accept your place in your world.

“Suffering usually relates to wanting things to be different from the way they are.”
